How can I share positive feedback about my experience?
We love hearing when things go well! You can share compliments via email at jo@companioncarewithjo.com, by phone, or using our feedback form. We make sure to recognise team members who go above and beyond.
What happens when I submit a complaint?
We take all concerns seriously. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, and we aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. We have a transparent process to ensure fair resolution.
Can I provide anonymous feedback?
Yes, you can provide anonymous feedback if you prefer. However, providing your contact details allows us to follow up and ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
Who can I contact if I'm not satisfied with the response to my complaint?
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your complaint, you can escalate to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who regulate care services in England.
